One Source  Terms & Policies

Quotations:     One Source welcomes the opportunity to quote on volume pricing or to participate on bids.

Quote Honors:     One Source honors quoted prices 30 days from date of Quote. Please check all Billing for accurate Quote Pricing. However, due to market fluctuation, future prices are subject to change without pre-written or verbal notice, although pricing will be confirmed at time of order.  

Standard Deliveries:     Regular stock items are shipped within 24 hours if ordered before 3:00PM Eastern standard Time -  Via Our Truck, Common Ground Courier, Purolator. Orders are shipped FOB Ajax, Markham & Montreal Warehousing. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice, unless Specified Courier of your choice given with your account to be charged.

Minimum Orders:     Shipment Orders must sub-total $75.00 & Pick-up Orders must sub-total $50.00. Both Shipments or Pick-ups must sub-total minimums above Before Taxes and Freight. We welcome Walk-in C.O.D. Orders, however we ask that you PRE-ORDER so that we can process your order and confirm stock and minimum order requirements  All Shipment orders are subject to Freight Fees.

Picking up Orders:     Orders for pick-up must be with-in the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm Normal Industrial Business Hours. Monday-Friday. Excluding daily Lunch shutdown from 11:30am-12:30pm and weekends. Off hours are welcome, however must be pre-arranged with our Sales persons.

Returns:     Items returnable must be deemed defective product, damaged goods, or incorrect item (s) shipped. If an item is deemed returnable, please call, email or fax within 24 hours of delivery to receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Special or custom orders are non-returnable accept when due to defective quality. (Please have Invoice #, Packing Slip #, Purchase Order Ready for return)

Short-Shipments:     Please notify us with-in 24 hours of Any Short-Shipment of products.

Payment Terms:     All AOC's (Account On Credit) will be Invoiced after shipment. Terms are Net 30 days from date of Invoice, otherwise terms are C.O.D. Credit cards such as Visa & Master Card are accepted, as well as Company Cheque that is dated day of shipment.
